Everyday is a new transition. Monday to Tuesday, the work week to the weekend, one season to the next. Life is always ebbing and flowing. My transition into menopause has been a powerful one. While I was thrown into menopause after my hysterectomy the last 3 years have been about slowly coming back to who I am as a physical body.
Each day is a new transition. I fill those days with consistencies that ground me, a meditation in the morning, a workout in the evening and family dinner most nights around the table. A hot cup of coffee, a conversation with a loved one on the way to work, a check in with my angels when I pull a card from a card deck that speaks to me, it seems to be Metatron lately. All of these things, very small yet very essential…to me.
